High Temperature Heat Pump

For up to 150 °C steam temperature and modular 50 kWₜₕ capacity

Our high-temperature heat pumps deliver steam at temperatures up to 150 °C using electrically driven compression.

For higher temperature requirements, the system can be combined with Mechanical Vapor Recompression (MVR) to reach steam temperatures of up to 180 °C.

The system is based on a modular 50 kWₜₕ heating capacity, enabling flexible scaling for industrial steam, waste heat recovery, and building heating applications.

Condenser

The condenser transfers heat from the refrigerant to the heat sink, where the thermal energy is used to produce hot water or steam. In steam-generating operation, the condenser functions as a steam generator, supplying saturated steam directly to the process. A plate-type heat exchanger is used to maximize heat transfer efficiency and to maintain stable operation during two-phase boiling. The compact design reduces thermal inertia and allows fast response to changing process demands. This configuration enables precise steam temperature control and supports applications ranging from industrial steam supply to building heating and district energy systems.
